Welcome! I am a Mom to three beautiful little girls, Army Officer and Military Spouse. With a master’s degree in health science, national board certification in nutrition, and multiple personal training licenses, you will be well taken care of. I have been health coaching for over 5 years, and personal training more than 10.
I created Eat Real, LLC, after having my second child and realizing how much support it really takes to raise a healthy family. I have taught clients how to incorporate healthy habits into their home, how to effectively approach nutrition, and how to overcome gym intimidation by creating individualized, simple, exercise routines that fit into your lifestyle.
I am dedicated to helping people improve their physical and mental health by focusing on nutrient packed meals, and creating long term healthy habits.
