Jamy Delk holds her Masters in Health and is a Board Certified Nutritionist. She is a Mom to three beautiful little girls, Army Officer and Military Spouse. Jamy has been Health Coaching for a local hospital for over 5 years now, and has over 10 years of experience personal training.

Jamy created Eat Real, LLC, after having her first child and realizing how much support it really takes to raise a healthy family. She has taught clients how to incorporate healthy habits into their home, how to effectively meal plan for themselves and the entire family, and how to overcome gym intimidation by creating individualized, simple, exercise routines that fit into your lifestyle. In 2022 she finished a two year long program specifically in holistic nutrition for disease prevention, and in 2025 she graduates with her second masters degree with a focus in advanced clinical mental health.

Jamy loves working with families. She is dedicated to helping people improve their physical and mental health by focusing on nutrient packed meals and creating long term healthy habits for both themselves and their kiddos. No matter what your goals, she will meet you exactly where you are at and provide you with the resources and support you need in order to be successful.
